Fictional content notice. NARCO SYS is a work of fiction, created purely for entertainment purposes. It depicts a fictional character's storyline involving fictional illicit trade for gameplay purposes only. It does not depict real people, real products, or real transactions, and nothing in the game is instructional or intended to promote, encourage or facilitate real illegal activity of any kind. Age restriction: NARCO SYS is intended for a mature audience. By creating an account or playing the game, you confirm you are old enough to access mature-themed entertainment content under the laws of your country.

Accounts

Local (username/password) accounts are stored only in your browser — we have no way to reset a forgotten password or recover an account, since we never see it.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
You must not use a username that is abusive, impersonates another person, or is unlawful.
We may remove leaderboard entries or block access for abuse, exploitation, or attacks on the game or other players.

The game

NARCO SYS is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Local save/account data is not guaranteed to be preserved forever — it lives in your browser only and can be lost if you clear site data or switch devices.
We may update, change, or discontinue features (or the game entirely) at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NARCO SYS and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of account or save data.
