What you're buying

• A one-time, non-subscription purchase of a downloadable Windows desktop build of NARCO SYS, delivered digitally — no physical goods, no shipping.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Immediately after payment, you're taken to a download page and given a link to the installer. No account or sign-up is required to buy or download it.

Refunds

Because this is instantly-delivered digital content, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this means you give up the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to most online purchases in the UK.

That said: if the download doesn't work, doesn't run on your machine, or you're simply not happy with it, email jamie@narco-sys.com within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund — no interrogation, no hoops.

What we don't guarantee

• The desktop build is currently Windows-only. There's no Mac or Linux version at this time.
• Like the free version, it's provided "as is" — we'll fix real bugs, but can't promise it'll run perfectly on every system configuration.
